6000 Sq. Ft. Estate In Fulton MD
When: September 20th-23rd
Time: This may get a bit confusing so make sure to read it all. Since the home is so large and filled with so much we are going to be opening up the basement first from 7am-9am. Then we will close the basement and open up the garage next from 9am-10am. Then we will open up the house from 10am-5pm. At this time the basement and garage will only be accessible through the front door of the home. All of this will be done on the first day to help us keep order and have my whole crew able to help all of you make piles. Please be prepared to bring extra checks (cash is fine too) because we will be asking for payment each time the doors close before we open a new part of the home. This way we won’t have to worry about someone taking anything out of the piles of items you purchase. So, the time on Thursday is from 7am-5pm. Friday is from 8am-5pm, Saturday is from 8am-5pm and Sunday is from 8am-3pm.
Where: Address will be released Wednesday September 19th.
Special Announcement and Instructions: This is an estate of a 92 year old man named Wilbur. He is still very much alive and well and will be present during the entire sale. He served in WWII and has plenty of stories to share about the things he acquired throughout his life. His wife owned a large general store over 50 years ago and many of the items you see were from that store boxed up for almost 50 years. It is like walking through time throughout this home. Please be respectful to each other and these things. We ask that you do not run frantically from room to room grabbing things quickly. We will have a huge staff there to help you get together your purchases in a safe and respectful manner. Please, when you see Wilbur take a moment to say hello and perhaps shake his hand for his service. After all, freedom does come at a price.
The gallery is split into three different sections. The first gallery is of the basement, the second is the garage and the third is of the main and upstairs floors. This is the order the home will open up for the first sale day only. You can click on the pictures to make them larger.
