1) No entries will be permitted prior to the start time of the sale.
2) Please be prepared to show Drivers License and Sale Invitation to guard officers upon entry. All drivers must have valid Driver's License to be allowed entry.
3) Invite must be placed on the dashboard so it is clearly visible through the windshield while in the community.
3) St Marlo is a traffic controlled community. Speed limit of 25mph is
strictly enforced, as are complete stops at all stop signs.
4) Parking is permitted on one side of the street only
