4. All items sold "as is", "where is". ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Accepted forms of payment are cash and good check with proper ID (and/or if known to sale director). Bad check writers will be aggressively prosecuted. Debit and credit cards are NOT accepted.
6. Bids for any item in excess of $100 will be considered, not automatically accepted. In the event of competitive bids on the same item, only the highest bid will be considered.
7. Sorry, no early preview available for this sale.
8. Please bring your own boxes (some will be available) and assistance for removal of large items; there will be no assistance available to assist in moving items to your vehicle.
9. All items must be paid for in full before removing from property. And in all cases, items must be removed from property by the end of the sale. Items (including those paid for) not removed before sale conclusion will be forfeited along with any and all payment made UNLESS prior arrangements have been made.
10. Sale will be closely monitored for incidents of theft; anyone caught stealing will be aggressively prosecuted.
11. To protect the homeowners, respect for the house and contents is appreciated. If you bring children and they are either disruptive or are in any way disrespectful to the house or contents, sale director will ask that they wait outside.
