Terms and Conditions
Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Items will begin to close three items per minute at the scheduled date and start time of the online auction, and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.
Buyer's Contract
Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
Item descriptions
All items are sold as is - where is. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc) we do our best to list the fault within the description. We will provide descriptions based on our assessment of an item. However, we do not assume that our assessment of condition will be the same as your assessment. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and we will not list every flaw associated with each item as these are to be expected. We offer a public preview inspection for the sole purpose of allowing you the opportunity to see it in person before placing a bid. If you are unsure of an items condition make arrangements to attend the preview and please bid accordingly.
Penalties
Purchases not paid for and picked up in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location after the scheduled pick up date will be forfeit and resold with no credit given to the buyer. The Buyers account will then be turned over to a collection agency for any moving charges, delinquencies and storage fees unpaid.

Items are available for preview at 912 Virginia Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013, Friday, May 23rd from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm EST

Payment information
Successful bidders who will be picking up items in person can pay for purchases at the designated contents removal and payment times listed above. Internet buyers who would like to have their items shipped must make arrangements for payment within 3 days of the auction close. We accept wire transfer, cash, checks, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Purchases over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged an additional 2% fee. Winning buyers with questions of how to make payment should email Jacquie Denny for an exact total and routing information.
If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, please do not bid
Shipping
For items that can be easily boxed and shipped...
We ship to the continental US via UPS only. If you have purchased items at one of our auctions and it must be shipped to you, we would be happy to do so for the actual shipping costs plus a $2.50 handling fee per item with a $5.00 minimum handling fee. If you have won an item and would like to have it shipped just reply to the email invoice you receive with your request or send an email to Jacquie Denny. We will send you a revised invoice with the updated shipping and handling charges within 5 business days of your request. The merchandise should be shipped within ten business days once payment has been received. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions in our packing or shipping of purchased lots or of other carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by us. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the purchaser.
For items which require shipping through a freight carrier...
We will assist in meeting the carrier of your choice to pickup the item at the advertised auction location during the above advertised pickup times only. It is the bidders responsibility to make arrangements to have the items crated if necessary and prepared for freight pickup prior to the advertised payment and removal date. Please see the penalties section above to review the terms for failure to pickup or arrange for pickup of an item during the specified times.
