WE ACCEPT STREET NUMBERS, THESE ARE NUMBERS PASSED OUT BY CUSTOMERS ARRIVING EARLY TO THE SALE IN ORDER TO ENTER BY NUMBER INTO THE SALE UPON OPENING. FORM OF PAYMENTS, CHECKS WITH PROPER ID, CASH & CREDIT CARD WITH PURCHASE OVER $20.00. NO RETURNS! ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS! WE DO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ENTERING THE HOUSE AT A TIME. Sale Description:

Estate Sale conducted by Jamie’s Attic: Friday/Saturday 9-4 Sunday 10-2 1721 Elm Street Wyandotte. This house is packed wall to wall with items.

Art Deco wall sconces, vintage clothes including, coats, (some fur), hats, purses, under garments, night gowns, hankies, scarfs, and vintage shoes. We mostly have women clothes, but a few mens items as well as some vintage childrens clothes, vintage pink Monkees (band) head scarf, 2 bus/postal hats with 3 metal badges.

Furniture: Late 1940’s Thomasville retro looking bedroom set (vanity-dresser-night stand-sitting bench-headboard), vintage dark vanity, dresser, Duncan phyfe dining room set, (china cabinet/secretary) 2 half moon tables, painted oak table, 50’s metal table, childs rocker, 1940’s TV, painted sewing machine cabinet, Shelves, Mahogany swivel round end table, metal outside table and chairs, child school desk, stereo cabinet, side chair, vintage fold up bench (I think from a bus station) mirrors, pictures and more.

Linen: Vintage linen, quilt top, some barkcloth, blankets, vintage material, towels, sheets and more!

Misc: 3 modernism ball lights, silverware, cut glass pieces, other glassware items, porcelain, china, pottery, sewing items, old buttons, vintage cards-wrapping paper, Valentine candy boxes, vintage children books, Skipper box only, snuff bottles, costume/fine jewelry, class ring, girl scout/brownie items, tons of kitchen items & knickknacks, 1 Winchester rifle, toy daisy bb gun and much more!

Garage items: Loaded with tools-garage items-tool boxes! You name it we have it A-Z items. Also some vintage tools!

This sale is truly packed with stuff! I’m sure someone will find something, but due to it being so packed we will have to limit the people. Most likely we will have 2 check-out stations, if weather permits. Our goal is to let more people in the house and have a faster check out process.

(NOTE WE STILL DO NOT LET EVERYONE IN AT ONCE, WE NEED TO RESPECT OUR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR BELONGINGS)

PLEASE NOTE: THE SON OF THE OWNER IS LIVING IN THE HOUSE FOR THE NEXT MONTH SO HE CAN TIE UP HIS MOTHERS ESTATE. PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK OR ASK HIM TO COME IN EARLY AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF HIS AREA, WHICH WE TAPED OFF IN THE ATTIC.
