Cash or check only. Orders shipped to California addresses by Hughes Estate Sales Inc or picked up in person by the purchaser or by his/her agent are subject to 8.250% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside of California by Hughes Estate Sales Inc via a known common carrier are not subject to State of California sales tax. Buyers submitting legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permits (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or a Tax Exempt (Non-Profit) Certificates are exempt from California sales tax. All stock offered as found and is available on a "first come, first served" basis. We do not allow holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds.
