Large four bedroom home on a HUGE lot. Lots of artwork, especially etchings. First wife passed away over 40 years ago and was a passionate artist and art collector, and boy could she BUY! She was an avid estate sale art buyer and she knew her stuff! There are SO MANY pieces of art in this house - and lots of well done amatuer works, too. Also many art books.
Listed artists include etchings by Francisco Goya (3rd Series), several Auguste Renoir, Marie Laurencin, Claude Rowbotham, John J Collette, Stanley Harrod, oil by B Sanford Day, watercolor by EA Stelly, 19th cent. Honore Daumier litho & I could go on but my eyes are crossing.
