Sale Description:

Dearborn DYNOMITE !!

As of Sat. 08-23, sale still loaded - 50% off for Sunday & Monday.

This is indeed a most interesting sale . The now deceased occupant, was a wealthy business owner with a flair for the unusual to say the least. Although, it is obvious to us that he did not fit the community, he still managed to acquire at least 4 life times worth of unique American historical items.  It has literally taken us three weeks to set this sale up; we found an entire additional home, where more of the previous occupant's items were stored!

Usually our sales take 1 to 2 weeks, this is unprecedented for us - the sheer volume of items in really something to behold!

The house has enough to stock a small strip mall, (this is not a exaggeration!!)

This estate is packed full of American Indian artifacts, antiques, art, an entire room of custom made Christmas items (all very high end,) an entire wall full of books, 2 rooms full of clothing with tags on most items never worn, furniture, cookware, oddities, and more. Apparently, he liked to shop and hoard items without ever using them!

- Designer clothing with tags - average sized man 34 -44 size ranges. 90% has never been worn, sweaters, shoes, winter jackets, suits, over 500+ ties most with price tags.

- Early American antiques - 2 rooms full, the owner had a strange pre-occupation with colonial America and Native American Indians. Some of the items are contemporary high-grade, most are the real deal.

- Brass / Copper hand pounded items.

- Hand blown/ground/signed art glass.

- At least 1000 cookbooks, probably 2000 books total.

- 100+ Candelabras, sconces, and gen. candle holders.

- Furniture - Antique (early American to arts & crafts, small amt. of contemporary.)

- Strange/bizarre - odd early horsemanship items, ceramic masks w/ peacock feathers, a wooden comb, 25+ bird cages, gourmet cookware,  stained glass doors, etc.

- Sheet sets - Full Size 300+ sets, brand new.

- 250+ pieces of framed art - everything from decorator art to high grade prints to oils to charcoal sketches.

At 3 Nun's, we have been privileged to frequently offer you the rare/strange/odd/bizarre, we sincerely thank you for your compliments regarding our sales' special natures. This sale simply serves to re-enforce our unique niche of providing this type of estate sale.
