This is an entire estate liquidation of household items including fine antiques, collectibles and daily use items. Sale will commense with access to entire property contained in historic farmhouse, outbuildings, barn, and yard. The sale is scheduled for TWO DAYS, SATURDAY 8/23/08 and SUNDAY 8/24/08 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. CASH and approved LOCAL CHECKS with ID; local ATM information will be provided upon request. Parking is available onsight. Food & drinks will be available. Reasonable offers considered, questionable offers may solicit a grin, ridiculously low offers on good stuff may be laughed at, in fun of course. DISCOUNTED sales begin on 2nd day of sale at 1 p.m.; most items 50%, offers considered on multiple buy lots.
