We understand many of you like to hunt and dig for treasures at estate sales - we do too!  Having said that, we want to be sure it's understood that everything presented in this sale is shown in the photographs. There are no other items other than the ones you see - no basement, no attic, no closets, no drawers and not a household item in sight!  For the most part the items for sale are wonderful, specialized pieces, so for small treasure hunters, or buyers who like to look for many of the everyday items you would usually find at an estate sale, this sale is probably not for you and would take time away from shopping somewhere where you can find what you're looking for. The limited amount of items and space, along with the challenge of parking to get to the sale location, makes this particular estate sale one that would be better appreciated by those who spot something in the photos that is of interest to them. These facts are stated clearly because we appreciate the repeat business and familiar faces we usually see at our sales and want to be fair to our customers by making sure you are given a  realistic expectation of any sale we run.
