We do NOT give out prices in advance of the sale! All Sales Final. Bring your own "moving crew"; staff is not able to help you remove your items. We supply packing paper and bags; you wrap and pack. All items must be removed by the end of sale. Adults are responsible for the actions of children brought into the sale (we never recommend bringing small children to a sale). Not responsible for accidents.

7722 N. Kolmar is the 4th street east of Skokie Blvd., and is in the 2nd block north of Howard.  Numbers at 9:30 each day as needed.

This is a treasure hunt -- be prepared to dig and who knows what all you'll find!

This one-owner home was built in the 50s and saw 9 children raised here.  Filled with memories and items from every decade since.

Lots of collectible and practical finds here ... everything priced to go home with you.

Some really nice ephemera: vintage road maps and my favorites are all the brochures from the 1951 Auto Show (killer graphics, pristine condition), and  brochures and manuals on home  and interior design from the 50s.

There is an Oriental cloisonne lamp with dragon handles that had been tucked away in the attic for years and certainly goes back much further than the mid-century.  An awesome piece.

We've got toys and games, tons of Christmas, some nice wall decor, a tool room that will let you hunt and gather for hours, plenty of kitchen and decor items, sewing and crafts .... you find what you want and we'll make you an offer you won't want to refuse! Lots of this is sold by the bag ... it's a really good sale worth a visit or two.

The basement tool room is a veritable corunucopia of "stuff" ... dig through the drawers and boxes, fill up a bag or box (or two or three), and let's make a deal.
