It's on the corner of Central Park and Arcadia. Entrance is on Central Park. Heading north on McCormick Ave, make a left at Church St. Make a left on East Praire (three blocks west of McCormick) and then a right onto Arcadia. It's the last house on the right.

Sale Description:
This estate has three bedrooms, two baths, a family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is currently for sale, but the asking price must be gotten from the owner.

A list of items for sale are as follows:

In the master bedroom:
  1. Bedroom set (king-sized bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand)
  2. A vast array of ladies' clothing, dress and casual, from very small sized to very large sized. Some vintage clothing. Some of the clothing still has its tags.
  3. Many ladies' shoes, most are still in their boxes. Some mens', too.
  4. Ladies' purses, some designer names. Also nice wallets.
  5. Other ladies accessories and small decorative items.
In the second bedroom:

    1.  Bedroom set (full-sized bed, wrap-around desk with vanity and
         bench. Probably furniture for a child or young person.)
    2.  Ladies' and mens' clothing. Nice shirts and sweaters. Also some
         ladies' delicates such as girdles. More ladies' shoes.
    3.  Many small decorative items.

In the third bedroom:
