A NEIGHBOR'S SALE in WYANDOTTE

Payment is by cash (preferred) or local check with proper identification. All sales final and all items sold as is. We try our best to conduct an organized, reasonably priced sale that is mutually satisfactory to you, our customers, as well as the family (our neighbors!) we represent. Please respect the contents of the home and do not remove any permanent fixtures, or undo packaging. This is a cozy home which will allow a limited number of people at a time, so please be patient. We do not accept street numbers. We do not issue numbers unless it becomes necessary for our customers' comfort and safety. We hope you will find our prices so reasonable that you won't hesitate to make your purchases on day one of the sale; otherwise, you can return on day two and find most items reduced to half price. We will entertain the thought of having a bag sale during the last hour of the sale if we so determine. Thank you in advance for coming to our sale and observing common courtesy.

It's unbelievable how much can fit into small places, and the contents of this home are proof of that! There are a wide variety of items that are standard fare in most homes; i.e. furniture, bedding, dishes and cookware, clothing (lots of larger-sized women's clothing, sized 1-2-3X), lamps, books, games and puzzles, flatware and utensils (a few pieces of silver) and other misc. household items.  Some items of note include:

*        Glassware items, especially amber glass, but also a variety of colors and eras, including Blenko, Depression glass, EAPG, etc.
*        Jewelry, from handmade to vintage crystal and rhinestone (no gold), a nice old Cameo pendant, etc.
*        Photography items such as slide viewers and trays, some 35mm lenses, flash units,
*        Wyandotte memorabilia, including old yearbooks, history, banks, map, varsity letters, etc.
*        Christmas items, vintage and modern.
*        Baby items, such as car seat, boosters, more.
*        Nice old oak four-drawer card file cabinet.
*        Beautiful set of Noritake stoneware dishes, a set of Corelle, etc.
*        Old Coca-Cola cooler
*        Lovely hand-made linens including embroidered pillow cases, scarves, doilies, etc.
