Two Day Estate Sale will be conducted on Dec. 4th & 5th, 2009 from 08:00AM to 3:00PM each day of the sale. Sale is located in Orwin Manor in the Historic section of Orlando. Prices are posted on items for sale and are considered negotiable - reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold in "as is, where is" condition. No warranties are applicable - express or implied, or suitablility for intended purpose. Sales are on a first come first served basis. Some items may be separately advertised and are therefore subject to prior sale. Florida State Sales Taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of the purchase.
