Cash or checks(in most cases) with proper ID. Sorry, no credit cards. Sales tax is charged at 8.75% which is Orange Co. tax rate. Those holding a valid resale number are exempt but you must have you certificate with you unless already on file. All items are sold "as is" and "where is." I do not provide staff to carry and load your larger items. You must bring your own brawn. Mom, this means you too!

The home is full of beautiful furnishings and lots and lots of elegant decorative accessories.  There are a few antique pieces of furniture. 

We just got started in the house, finally, so I will continue to update special "finds" so look in back again to view changes. 

Also: Everett(brand name) spinet style piano. beautiful table top lighting, vintage mirrors, Waterford and other brand name crytal, lots of decorative china, tea pots, tea cups, serving pieces, Lenox China, New Home and Singer Featherweight sewing machines, lovely linens, Brown and Jordan patio chairs, patio furniture, mature/well maintained patio plants in planters/pots, all newer major appliances, costume jewelry.

Highlights include an Meji Period (1868-1912) porcelain ginger jars and iron tea pots, Foo dogs and Japanese woodblock prints. "Gaudy Dutch" style ironstone by Masons of England, Sevres (France) style urns, Frederic Carder art glass, a few pieces of Arts and Crafts style items, an ornate C. 1870 Tiffany and Co. sterling tea and coffee that is gorgeous.

Art: Several Limited Edition framed prints by Thomas Kinkade, Polo theme numbered Seriograph by LeRoy Neiman, John Edmund Califano oil on board, Otto Van Thoren oil on canvas and other listed artists.
