I have bad news and good news regarding this estate sale. First the bad news: The parking stinks in this subdivision. And the 2nd floor condo is very crowded, we will be forced to limit how many folks we can admit at one time. Now the good news. This is really a terrific estate sale.This is the condo home of 2 sisters and we are selling everything in the condo. It is very crowded . We have beautiful like-new traditionally styled furniture, including Heritage Drexel mahogany and Ansager Mobler teakwood kitchen set made in Denmark.Waterford lamps and other Waterford items. 2 bedrooms, tons of bric-a-brac, costume jewelry, and so much more. They bought all of their clothing and jewely at high end stores, mostly Neiman Marcus. and they have wonderful items. WE have 4 Dale of Norway sweaters, boxes of Christian Dior Lingerie, St. John's knits and lots, lots, more. Most sizes are small and medium.They were Swedish and we have lots of Swedish items, including lots of Christmas items. We have four new, never used Coach leather handbags, we have four pair of Ferragamo women's shoes, size 9, they are new, never used. We do have 6 14kt rings/with gem stones.
