Gorgeous living room features a Knabe upright piano in immaculate condition, a Karastan rug, flamed mahogany coffee table & repro. federal round drop-leaf table, as well as several Queen Anne end tables and a pair of wingback chairs. Also, a gorgeous pair of ca. 1900 cranberry lustres.
The dining room is adorned with a Henredon set including a dining room table with 6 cane-back chairs and a gorgeous china cabinet. Also, a very nice marble top, 3-tiered tea cart and other pieces.
A wonderful den set including a very nice matching sofa & love seat, an Ethan Allen coffee table, a pair of Ethan Allen stuffed chairs, a wonderfully clean 8'x12' Karastan rug, a RomWeber high-end armoire, along with a wonderful signed oil sailboat painting, dozens of nice books and fireplace assessories.
The sun room features a nice Bernhardt leather sofa, an Ethan Allen old country china cabinet, an oak table & 4 spindle back chairs, and a pair of wrought iron stools & glass top table.
The master bedroom features a pair of ca. 1860s Louis XVI, French, flamed mahogany sleigh beds, Drexel inlayed mahogany dresser/mirror & night stands. We also have a Queen Anne china cabinet, a pair of blue leather chairs (one with an ottoman), and a desk/chair.
The kitchen features a White Furniture Co. (of N.C.) farm table & 6 Ethan Allen chairs, an unusual & gorgeous secretary, a butcher block, and a kitchen full of everyday ware, small appliances and cookware. There is a refrigerator in the garage which is for sale as well as washer/dryer (pics to come soon).
Featured upstairs, we have 3 elegant bedroom sets, sprinkled with several nice high-end antique cabinets; additionally, we have Henry-Link wicker furniture set, a Gandy pool table from the 1960s, a nice entertainment center, victorian sofa bench, an ab machine, a new condition treadmill, a complete Pioneer stereo system, several nice desks & chairs, and much more throughout the home.
We also have a Gorham Chantilly sterling tea service. The flatware pictured is not sterling; it is silverplated.
We also have several Betty Boop comic strip cells as well as other artists' work featuring Tarkay, Le Kinff, Spahn, Polak, James, and Louis Dunavant.
Additionally, we will 10 shotguns/rifles. Featured here will be a Belgium Browning 12 gauge, ribbed barrel, which includes 2 extra barrels (one is for buckshot & the other is also a 12 gauge barrel, both made in Belguim). We also have a Winchester model 90 octagon .22, a Zoli, a Russian mauser, several JC Higgins & Ted Williams shotguns & .22s, and more.
There will be plenty of items in the 3 garages as well as a patio full of furniture and a couple of grills. Some yard art, pots, a large dog kennel, etc. etc., and I believe our Commerical Appeal star, David, has located a trailer in the back of the property, which is now pictured; Dave is now charging $5 for autographs.
