Take 231N to Wetumpka. Turn right onto Jasmine Hill Road (at the old gas station). Turn right onto Willow Springs Road (second right after turning onto Jasmine Hill Road. Turn left onto Cabin Road (approximately 3 miles from initial turn.) Signs will be out at all points. An approximate 20 minute drive from Montgomery.

Terms and Conditions:
A sign-up list is on the front door. Sign your name only. You must stay on the premises after signing the list. Entrance numbers will be given out at 8:00 am, with everyone entering the house at the same time at 8:30 am. Your personal sold tags are accepted, but once you place your sold sticker on an item, it is yours. Bids are accepted on all items priced $50.00 or more. Bids are accepted throughout the first day of the sale. Winning bids will be called by 7:00 pm that evening. Our workers are unable to help you load your purchases so if you purchase large items, please make arrangements for loading. We try to have boxes available but it is a good idea to bring your own. Terms of payment are checks and cash.

Bids will be taken on a 1999 14 foot enclosed Pace trailer. Two doors on the back. Trailer is in excellent condition, with lighting in the interior, has carpeting and is custom designed for hauling furniture with tie off points throughout the interior. Pictures will be added about a week prior to the sale.
