If going east on Riggs Rd, turn left (north) on Sun Lakes Blvd. Come to guard gate and tell them you are there for the Estate Sale on Nacoma. They will give you a map to the house. After coming through the gate, turn right on Nacoma and you will go approx 1 mile to the house which will be on your right. MANDATORY: EVERYONE MUST PARK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD,SO PARK ON THE SIDE THAT THE HOUSE IS ON!! IF PEOPLE START PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET, THE FIRE DEPT WILL COME OUT AND MAKE YOU MOVE!!!!
