From Metro-Detroit area: Get to I-696, relative East side of area.
On I-696 get to the exit for Mound Road, exit #22 East or West. Go North on Mound Road, pass 12, 13, 14, and 19 Mile Road. Once you pass 19 Mile Road, you will go approximately 1/2 of a mile. Looking to your left, you will see a very nice subdivision; this first street to enter is WOODVIEW DRIVE. So, make a Michigan u-turn, go to Woodview Dr (Turn Right to enter.)
Estate will be a few houses up on the right side of the street.

Stellar Sterling Heights Estate Sale
This is a great sale nicely set in beautiful Sterling Heights. Easily accessible by all of Metro-Detroit, the estate is pristinely clean and features a nice variety of goods for all.
One thing that can definitely be said regarding this particular sale, is that most of the items appear to have little to no wear at all! It was explained to us that this was primarily a, "summer home," and was frequently empty even during the summer.
We have been instructed by the property master to liquidate all contents in the property, meaning that the pricing structure may be a little more flexible than usual on Sunday. Bottom line - they want it gone!
