Directions – From I-581 exit at 3E and go east on Hershberger road and take a right onto Oakland blvd just passed Friendship Manor (about 2 mi) then a left onto Maplelawn Ave (.3Mi) then a left onto Oliver Rd, the sale is on the corner of Oliver and Oaklawn (across the street from Monterey Elementary school). Look for the Caring Transitions signs.

Sale Description:
Caring Transitions will be holding a moving sale to assist our client that is moving from a three bedroom house into a retirement community. Items include, 1987 Cutlass Cierra FE3 w/40,000 miles (not subject to standard discounting), a 19’ Samsung HDTV, tools, vintage furniture including a grandfather clock, cedar bedroom furniture and routine household items. Of special interest are some N&W collectables. This is a three day sale and all items are priced for immediate sale. We will also be accepting sealed bids on selected items to be considered by the owner if the items do not sell at the listed price. Full price on Friday, 25% discount on Saturday and 50% discount on Sunday.
