This is truly a wonderful Estate, and we hate it that we can't offer it doing our usual 3 day sale. HOWEVER, the strict rules of this Community will ONLY allow us the one day liquidation of everything using the Auction format. There will be NO on site parking, but MUCH parking is available only about a block away. There is unloading area if anyone has problem walking, and we will have the same space for loading any items you purchase, so you won't have to carry any distance. PLEASE work with us and help us to maintain the rules...
