J. Donald Donahue Announces Estate Sale -  Montcalm Estates Apts.They have dropped the word Estates from their sign and are now calling it Montcalm Apts. This lovely lady (going on 100) loved this well kept St. Paul apartment and features:Traditional upholstery, 1920’s mahogany Berkey and Gay bedroom furniture, quality mahogany English style dining room furniture, two vitrines that house French single pieces of china, brilliant period cut glass, and crystal stems.  Sets of French Haviland, Wedgwood “Festivity”, and German hand painted 1920’s Christmas china.  Very ornate 1890’s Victorian tiered table, and Victorian rocker. Crystal lamps, hand made quilts & needlepoints - all done by this lady.  Table linens, fine and a great assortment of costume jewelry.  Artwork:  Carl Rawson and Georges Lambert framed oils on canvas, three Clara Mairs engravings, a collection of Pelicans - Lowry “Director” two keyboard organ   and a Singer sewing machine.  Much misc from Christmas to yarn for knitting.  We will draw for numbers at 9:45 am Friday
