These vintage dairy crates are from Hillside Dairy in Uehling, NE, Western General Dairy in Midvale, UT, and Prairie Farms.

1950's New Old Stock. These are what we refer to as having a "wrought iron look". They're black metal, and in the shape of a clock. The front panel opens for placement of the 2 flower pots. (pots included). These can be placed on a table, or hung up. (hardware included). In the mid-1950's, these were used as hostess gifts for a Tupperware Division out of Des Moines, IA. Our parents purchased the remaining stock, and we have dozens & dozens of these planters. The more of these "clocks" you buy, the cheaper the price. Also included in this "Tupperware stock" are other metal items, including trays, candle holders, sleigh & reindeer, and other styles of planters. Some of the boxes are marked Bullock - Ideal Mfg Co, Black Magic, Oskaloosa, IA.
