This home has been in the family for over 105 years, was built in 1908, is a landmark home in Grapevine and has recently been sold. The family is now selling all of the antiques, furniture, collectibles and ordinary household and garden items in the home.

This has a large amount of both vintage and 1980-1990's furniture, from home-made a hundred years ago, to old craftsman, to high quality pieces from Haverty's. 

There are several groups of collectibles ranging from milk-glass sets to Bill Bell, limited edition Franklin Mint cat-themed plates, to an eclectic collection of old tools, bottles and glassware.

There are family collectibles such as framed Confederate $10 bills, old pictures, WWI and II pictures, books, magazines etc. This includes family quilts and crocheted spreads and knickknacks from some of the classic movies like Wizard of OZ.

There is high quality sun-room furniture like Haverty Sliders and Wicker Chairs and custom made wooden plant stands of all sizes.

In the outside storage there are many lawn tools, medical equipment, outdoor grilling (including a new turkey fryer) equipment, an upright freezer, Poulan chainsaw and new-old tools and tool boxes.

In the yard there are such items as a heavy duty outside table and chairs, two large cast iron kettles, a metal serving cart, a full sized metal cord-wood stand and a dozen very good plant pots.
