All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Triple 8 Auctions is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. No items will be shipped.
There is a 10% buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item.

Join our live and online auction Saturday, October 25th at 7pm. Preview starts at 6pm. Our location is climate controlled, located in the heart of Lewisville. We have a wide variety of item including antiques, furniture, coins, jewelry and collectibles. Snacks and drinks served before and during the auction. Come one and all to enjoy the fun, very kid friendly.
Lots of great antiques, collectibles, musical instruments, knives and furniture.
Absentee bids will be brought to the live auction to compete against floor bidders during the live auction.
Live bidders: Items must be picked up immediately following the auction.
Online bidders: Items must be picked up Sunday between 11am - 2pm or Monday between 9am - Noon and 5pm - 7pm following the Saturday auction.
