This Estate Sales is being held in the Historic Magnolia Hotel. The building's two front rooms was once home to Texas Ranger and Co-founder of Seguin, James Campbell. It was then turned into a Stagecoach Station and 3 room hotel by Captain John Coffee Hays' father-in-law. Then in 1850 it became Seguin's Largest and most elegant hotel. It then became an apartment owned by the True Women sisters' brother, Edgar Lannom in 1935. We have been storing most of these items for sale since the day we purchased the building.
