This is a nice Vintage Sale with many unique items. Don Fox worked for the City of Victoria for 32 years. He served the city as the Director of Building Inspections. He was married to the love of his life, Betty Lou Monte of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for 42 years before her passing in 1992. He serve as President of the Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) for a two year term.
