Because this auction is happening with items still in the house and to be picked up at the house, we are NOT required to collect sales tax. Terms: TERMS: Cash, Credit Card, Certified Funds & Money Transfers (payable to Bumble Puppy Sales, LLC). Absolutely NO checks without bank letter of guarantee or previous good check history (ie you are on our accepted checks list). All tax exempt purchasers MUST fill out a Wisconsin tax form or have one on file for proof of tax exempt status. NO EXCEPTIONS. Out of State tax exempt purchasers MUST bring their state's equivalent form for proof of tax exempt status. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a buyers fee of 10% for all individual lots sold for under $1000 and 6% buyers fee for all individual lots sold for $1000 or more.
If you do not settle your purchases, they will be considered in default. In addition, you will not be allowed to bid on any BumblePuppy Sales auctions in the future. When in default, the bidder will be charged 30% of the bid price and the merchandise will be forfeited back to BumblePuppy Sales, LLC. BumblePuppy also reserves the right to cancel an auction at any time for any reason.
All items are sold as is, where is. BumblePuppy Sales tries to be as accurate as possible when listing items and their conditions and descriptions. All descriptions are matters of opinion made in good faith. If you have questions about an item, please ask before bidding. Your bid is a legal binding agreement between BumblePuppy Sales and you. All sales are final.
BumblePuppy Sales also reserves the right to reject any bids for any reason. Please be sure to inspect items closely before moving them. Once you move an item, it is yours and may not be returned or contested under any circumstances. There are no warranties expressed or implied. BumblePuppy Sales will not be held liable for deletions or omissions. Once a bid has been accepted, it cannot be retracted.
Because this is an online auction, bidders have additional responsibilities. Just like at a live auction, you do not want to allow other people to bid with your registration information. It is important that you keep your username and password private as you are responsible for all activity on your account.
When bidding you must obey all local and federal laws.
Auction company employees or the auction company are allowed to bid on auctions.
Any bidder or person found tampering with the items in this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
BumblePuppy Sales is not responsible for any computer, network, software or internet malfunction that may create issues in bidding.
Please note that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding offer to purchase. If you have the highest bid, you are expected to pay for your items in one of the following ways: cash, debit, credit or PREAPPROVED check at the time of pick up, credit/debit card over the phone, or via paypal on the internet.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP: If items are not picked up on pickup day and no arrangements were made ahead of time, a $10 PER ITEM OR PER LOT AND A MINIMUM $25 PER ITEM FOR LARGER ITEMS removal charge will be added to all lots (NO EXCEPTIONS). After seven days, all items left become the sole property of BumblePuppy Sales LLC and no refund will be given. Any other arrangements for pickup or shipping must be made prior to the end of the sale. Directions: Day of sale merchandise pick up: These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the bidder) and BumblePuppy Sales (the seller). However, if we have accidentally misrepresented an item, please let us know and we will work with you. You must settle your purchases within three days of auction closing if we are delivering or shipping. If you are picking up the item at the home during pick up times, you may pay at that time or at the store any day prior to pick up day. Items that we deliver to the BumblePuppy Store must be picked up/paid for within a week of their arrival at the store.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK-UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY(S) or make arrangements to have the items brought back to the store, delivered or shipped. Please review the shipping and delivery options for each auction as well as the costs and procedures associated with each. All items are sold as is, where is. Please bring your own packing materials and labor to move the items.
