Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Sterling Auction & Realty Services, LLC. Bidding on an item constitutes acceptance of these terms. All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Portage County, Wisconsin.
No Buyer's fee. 5.5% sales tax for WI address. Sales tax exemption number must be included if exempt or you will be charged tax. Payment will be taken in the form of cash, good check, or credit card. 4% fee for Credit Card use.
Winning bidders will receive notification of items purchased by email following the close of the auction. Payment to be made at pickup. Pickup times Thursday August 28, Noon-6PM or Saturday August 30, 10AM-3PM. Because of a tight turn-a-round area, we ask that you schedule a pickup time. Informtion on this will be provided with your invoice in the event you buy something. Any items not picked up will be charged to your credit card along with a $100 late pick-up fee. Any items left after 30 days become property of Sterling Auction and Realty Services, LLC.
Items will be available for inspection on Monday August 25 from 3-6 PM CST 252 Koro Rd, Ripon, WI. Everything sells "as is" without warranty or guarentee. NOTE: Any dates listed are to reference the period of an antique item and the auction company nor the seller guarantee the authenticity.
The auction will close with a staggered close, meaning one item at a time in order. A soft close will take place on items that have been bid on during the last few minutes of the auction, extending the time on that particular item until no further bidding takes place on that item.

As these sellers ready their house for sale, they have decided to part with their collection of early American antiques and furniture that has adorned their house for years. Included you will find many items and furniture from that period as well as reproduction furniture from some of the high end furniture makers of our time. There are braided wool rugs and period art work as well. Whether you are looking to outfit a home or looking for that special piece take a look here. Below are a few select pictures of items displayed . The owners were not dealers, they set up their garage for us like a country store displaying the many items.
