The sale will begin at 9:00 A.M. The Sign-Up Sheet will be on the Front at 8:30 a.m. The doors will be open at 9:00 a.m. and sale will continue until 4:30 p.m. The second day of sale, the sale will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until 4:30 p.m.. The third day of sale we will open at 12:00 Noon until 3:00 p.m.We will accept CASH or CHECK and are now accepting debit cards. There will be a 3% charge on credit cards. If you write a check we will need your driver's license, DOB, correct phone number (home and cell), correct address. We will not accept a check that does not have your information on it before you get to the check out desk. Have all that information on your check and your driver's license handy. If you write a bad check you will be charged $50.00 for the check, plus the amount of check,so think before you write. We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents or neither is the home owner. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury or damage to you or any items on you.. If anything is broken you will be charged the full price of item. For insurance purposes, staff members are not able to carry heavy/large items for you. You will be responsible for loading them and bring your boxes and wrapping, tools, etc. for getting your items loaded. There will be no negotiating on the items. We feel we have studied and took into effect the date and condition of items and feel that they are marked accurately. Some of the items might seem high to you, but research have been done on them and we feel that they are priced accordingly. Remember this is not a YARD SALE. If you are looking for Yard Sale prices, I am sure there are some in the area.We want you to have fun and get items that you appreciate and want. We have worked hard to make sure all items are clean and in good condition. There will be parking on the side of the street. Please DO NOT block anyone's drive-way or we will have your vehicle towed if you do.. Bids will be taken the first day of sale on items $100.00 or more. It has to be 60% or more to bid. You will be called at 6:00 p.m. the first day if you won the bid. You will be expected to pick up your items on bid by 8:30 a.m. the second day unless arrangements have been made by the owner of estate sale. There will be slips with Rules for Estate Sale at front door also. Please read while you are waiting for sale to open. You will not be allowed to mark your own items Sold. A clerk in that room will write you up and mark your items sold for you.

The back yard has a great covered bridge with a creek running across the back. Wonderful place to raise children. If you are in love with the split level house, this is the house for you. Mr. Gibbon's number will be given to you about information at the estate sale. Has been completely, newly painted all the outside.
