We have endeavored to catalogue and describe the items and services correctly, but everything is sold “as is.” This auction is pick-up only - No shipping will be done for any items.
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. You must pay for your items before the items will be released to you. You may pay with Credit or Visa Card at this site.
Sales Tax of 9% will be collected unless you have given us or can provide us an Exemption Form provided to you by the State of Alabama. We will need a hardcopy of your Exemption Form to honor no Sales Tax.
The auctioneer will announce the highest bid and the winning number will be recorded. In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final authority to determine the successful bidder or to re- offer and re-sell the item.
You must be a registered bidder to bid on items. By bidding, you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase that item for your bid amount, plus any shipping charges disclosed in the listing. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the seller's reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy. But in all other cases, you are entering a contract with the seller to buy the item, and to deliver payment within the time period specified. If you can't pay, on time, don't bid! Your bids are final and non-retractable.

If you cannot make this pickup, call 256-337-3503 and talk with Billy Blankenship and he will setup another time for you.
