THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE through Signupgenius. We will send Auction Winners a link when the online auction ends. Your merchandise is only available on the specified pick up dates during the specific times listed on Signupgenius Schedule. If you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to purchase the item. Items that are not picked up in the given time frame will remain with the estate for donation or disposal as we see fit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL & ARE SOLD AS IS.
Once you place a bid there is no way to cancel once it has been entered. Please be careful to enter the correct amount you wish to bid before placing a bid. BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Be careful and double check the amount before you bid. If you use the decimal point in your dollar amount bid this will be avoided. If you want an item please bid the maximum amount you desire to pay for an item to avoid disappointment.

When picking up your items, we ask that you have the pick up code provided to you and follow local social distancing & masking guidelines. Please come at your scheduled time. Parking will be on the street in front of the home. Coming early or late makes the pickup of merchandise difficult. When you pick up your item(s) at your designated time, please pull up as close as you can in front of the house.
You will need to register in order to bid. All auctions are timed so do not wait until the last moment to register to bid because chances are you will miss bidding.
Some of the auctions have a minimum reserve and will not be sold until the reserve is met.
