Cash preferred. Checks and credit cards are accepted with photo ID. (There is a minimum purchase of $10 to use a debit/credit card).
Prices are firm on Friday. Discounts are offered the last 2 days of the sale. Saturday - 20% discount Sunday - 50% discount.
Written bids are accepted and reviewed at the end of each day of the sale. Written offers to buy out remaining estate at the end of the sale are also considered.

This will be an estate sale that will be worth the drive, which is about 15 minutes from Interstate 40!  The house sold immediately before it was even listed online and the entire contents (indoor and outdoor) will be for sale.  All items are in excellent condition and are from a pet free, smoke free home.  

Living room - Very comfortable leather sofa, 3 recliners (leather one is a Lazy Boy,  one is a micro suede massage recliner with retractable book light, 2nd one is also micro suede), very large area rug, 42" flat screen TV, Samsung DVD player,  gallery wall pictures and artwork, antique sewing cabinet, antique sewing box, large entertainment cabinet with wicker baskets. Side chair, sofa size artwork.

Kitchen - Very nice painted cabinet used as a coffee station, antique crocks, stainless steel canister set, dishes, glassware, linens, silverware and utensils.  Lots of decorating items such as artwork and other antique items. Microwave, toaster and other small appliances. Calphalon cookware, bake ware (including Pampered Chef), canned food and pantry items.

Dining room - Solid wood counter height table and 4 chairs, 2 antique dressers, nice pictures and accessories, tablecloths and other linens.

Bedroom - King size memory foam mattress made by Sleeptronic, lovely quilts and matching shams, computer desk and side table. Headboard, dresser and 2 night stands (dresser and night stands by Broyhill-Premier).  Lamps and artwork.  Closet full of name brand men's and ladies clothes, coats, shoes and accessories.  Fire resistant safe, Nikon Coolpix L110 camera and other items. 2 antique bed frames (with headboard, foot board and mattress slats), sheets, blankets, pillows.  Lots of nice toys for ages 0 - 6, remote control cars, puzzles, games and books (this was the Grandparent's house, so all toys are quality items in barely played with condition!).  :D

Bathroom - Towels and other coordinating accessories, shelves and decorating items.

Other inside items - NordicTrack C990 Treadmill (check out the online reviews on this treadmill), Whirpool Duet Steam washer and dryer (including matching pedestals), new Bissell carpet cleaner, small fish tank (with fish!), lots of cleaning supplies. 

Collectibles - Vintage Tonka trucks (several in original box!), limited edition 35th Anniversary Matchbox Superfast cars all in original packaging, Matchbox Coca Cola collectible vehicles in original packaging, NASCAR knives.  Also, some Tonka trucks that the kids can play with in the dirt!

Outside items - Toro zero-turn riding lawnmower (24.5 hp), Kubota G4200 diesel riding lawnmower, porch furniture, tables and pots, patio furniture, BBQ grill, lawn wagon, large wheelbarrow, ladder, Sportspower 15' trampoline with enclosure, small tiller.  Playset by Leasuretime Products and climbing tower (both will need to be removed by the buyer).

Garage - Garage will be full of shelving, Ryobi power tools, power washer, shop vac, small tools, misc chemicals, very heavy butcher block work bench (2 are available), extension cords, lots of holiday decorating supplies,  Christmas lights.
