Estate Sale by Irene and Jan

This is a FINE sale, two households combined.  One family lived in an gated area that allows NO estate sale, so we’ve moved her entire household into this large house   “NICE STUFF”  BE SURE TO SEE PHOTOS AT http://www.disale.com/.    FIRST AND FINEST!!!  We have a set of Gorham Sterling, (yes, I mean the real thing), flatware in the original two drawer chest.    There are 10 place settings. A total of 63 pieces.  I do not know the pattern, but it is EXQUISITE   Please ask to see, due to it’s value we will need to keep it “behind the counter”.  A striking set. You’ll shine during the holidays with this on your dining table.

Good Maytag washer and dryer; Oak dining suite includes table with pretty base, 2 leaves and 6 chairs.  Nice desk chair,  Euro-Pro toaster oven and two GE microwaves.  Kitchen is packed with every kind of small appliances, dishes, pots, pans, nice cookware, glasses, cups, cute canister set, Lillian Vernon breadbox, Corning ware, Pyrex, “Fish” snack set,  banana split dishes.  My favorite is a set of PINK cookware made by Bialetti, from Italy.  Set of Royal Worcester china, pattern is Evesham.  Christmas plates by Spode and lots of Candlewick

RARE:  Dining suite includes table with 3 leaves, 8 chairs and a lovely china cabinet, FULL of FINE glassware.  This dining set is made by Thomasville, with an Asian influence, you’ll love it!!!   47 pieces of the finest in Lenox china, pattern is Tuxedo, BEAUTIFUL, of course we have matching stemmed ware with gold band. 

Several pieces of our great china are WATERFORD.

We have a pair of great decorator beveled mirrors        RARE AND EXQUISITE, A SET OF 4 Oriental screens, fantastic detail work.  Howard Miller wall clock, very nice.  Collection of hour glasses.   NEW, chocolate brown LIFT CHAIR. Brass “block ice” tongs, used for decorative towel rack.  Glass ware galore, all shaped and sizes.

Accent table with drop sides, a very fine piece.  Several nice framed art work, one lady involved was an accomplished artist.    Lots of decorator pieces, framed mirrors, art work, lamps, including floor lamps.  Sofa table holding great Oriental vases, Two sets of silver plated flatware in the original chests.  SEE PHOTOS.  Very pretty entry table in cherry, supporting a precious Stiffel clock with Westminister chimes.  We also have a Ridgeway grandfather clock in a beautiful case.

In the setting area, we have a small Oriental cabinet, fern stand and a great “light fixture globe”.  Dining table in this room has a glass top and 4 lovely chairs with off white upholstery.  The glass top is resting on a GIANT, colorful urn on a wooden base, an awesome set up.  Sweet, sweet love seat in soft green upholstery, and a set of three tables, coffee table and two fern stands, all with green marble top.    Great, large desk in excellent condition, you’ll love this, also a nice desk chair.

Now, in our formal dining area, we display a lovely dining table with 2 leaves and 8 chairs, made by American Drew. Nice sofa table, a small serving table with slide out ends, very cute.  Small china cabinet with all glass front, PACKED with crystal and lots of glassware.  Small drop front secretary, so cute!!.  45 pieces of Fitz and Floyd china, in white and pink, the prettiest you’ve ever seen and of course, we have matching stemmed glasses in that same beautiful pink.  On that same table is a 12 piece place setting of Yamazaki stain steel flatware. 

Bedrooms:  First we have a King set, including a king bed with mattress and box springs, 6 drawer chest, unique double dresser with mirror and 2 night stands.  SEE PHOTOS,  Singer sewing machine, Two elegant folding chairs with padded seats.  Extra large cedar chest with attached tray, floor lamp , and several TV’s, one is Hitachi on a nice base.  BOOKS, TAPES, DVD’s etc.   CHRISTMAS, yes it’s that time.

We have an antique iron double bed, painted a soft green.  Computer desk and chair, Nice new turn table, record player made by Museum Thomas Services.  Wing back recliner in peach color.  Thomasville bedroom suite includes a queen bed complete, 7 drawer chest and 2 night stands, a lovely group.  Small vanity dresser with stool.  SEE PHOTOS.     Bed linens and bath linens.  Luggage rack and a collection of white pitchers. 

Two LOVELY love seats, not alike but both upholstered in ivory fabric, fine furniture by Broyhill.  Beautiful roll top desk finished in “pickled ivory”, Pair of lamp tables made by Lenoir House.  LARGE, glass top cocktail table with heavy, beveled glass on an antique green iron base. 

HANDSOME queen RICE BED complete, Chest on Chest and 2 night stands. This is Sumter Furniture.  Great standing jewelry chest with mirror, and a pumpkin colored side chair.  Cute, three tiered “step” table in graduating sizes, a great piece.  Round, swivel vanity  stool in peach fabric. 

HEADS UP!! RARE AND WONDERFUL, Antique standing full length beveled mirror, tilts, on great base.  SEE PHOTOS.        LOTS OF GOOD CLOTHES AND SHOES.

ATTENTION:  We have the finest in a Viper Blue Pride Jazzy 600 electric chair.  If you have a need for this, you’ll want to be the first in line.  (We hope you don’t need it).
