"CASH IS KING", Arkansas checks accepted with current Arkansas DL, & PHONE NUMBER... (ABSOLUTELY NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS * ACCEPTED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN ARKANSAS DRIVERS LICENSES). Will be glad to hold your items so you can go to a local ATM.

All items sold as-is and where is on the property. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
Make your own arrangements for lifting, and handling of your purchased items. Homeowner and Phyllis Bennett Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of the property. Be responsible when you park your vehicle, park on street only as not to damage water sprinklers.
We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household at any time if necessary
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF THE LAST SALE DAY IN A SAFE MANNER AS NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY
