Talk about a "Model" Estate Sale!  This home has multiple tall wooden model scaled ships, collectible cars, Star Trek, and air craft models.  There are Leggo Techic sets (new), M4 Sherman Tank model (new), PInnace Boat Model, Shuttle 2 Helicopter model.  Models in excellent condition.  Many model kits, new in the box.  Furniture includes wood/glass open display unit, curio cabinets, Ridgeway Grandfather Clock, bedroom furniture, gun case, game table w/ chairs (cribbage/chess/checkers) and executive office furniture.  Limited children's items include baby bed, and folding table/chairs.  And, if you want to look like a "Model", we have that covered too.  Perfect timing for Proms, charity balls and weddings.  We have formal wear, including wedding dresses, men's suits, and elegant formal ladies dresses. Dress size ranges from 4-8; Shoe sizes 6-9, Men's suit sizes 44 Jacket, 36"-38" waist/32" inseam.  We have limited number art pieces, including several custom framed Duck Stamps and prints; framed art of the Beatles "The Fab Four" numbered collection with facsimile signatures; Sports collector pictures (Dallas Cowboy Legends Tom Landry and Roger Stauback), autographed picture of Gary Player and Lee Trevino. Over 20 canvas paintings.  Have to see this to believe this one!!
