Kathy's Estate Sales - Incredible Paradise Valley!

Please note: There is parking for approximately 20 vehicles on this property. Having said that, the Town of Paradise Valley has placed "no parking" signs on our street because they are re-paving the neighborhood. (Good timing, huh?) ONLY ON FRIDAY, we will be shuttling people to and from the house from the southeast corner of 41st Street & McDonald Drive. The neighborhood to the south of McDonald Drive is in Phoenix and allows parking. We apologize for this inconvenience that is beyond our control. Believe me, it is worth the extra effort to get to the sale! ON SATURDAY, we can park as usual on our own street.
