This is a first for us to have an out of the home Estate Sale but that is what we are doing.

The 11,000 square foot home in Rancho Santa Fe  filled with decorator furniture and accessories was sold and all the contents were put into storage. It has all been moved offsite in order to sell. We were told the decorators charged over 2 million dollars to decorate the home.

All of the pieces are in very good condition as this home was not their most lived in place. They spent more time in their Indian Wells Home.
