Cash Only Please

Sales tax will be charged at checkout.

We cannot help you load. Once you pay for your items it is your responsibility to get it to your car. Bring boxes, or tape or furniture movers or a truck if needed. Once you buy it, it is your responsibility from there on.

Please....No Large Bags or Backpacks.

California Treasures or property owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries on or off the premises.

Please carefully inspect all items before buying. Test any electronics, make sure large items can fit in your vehicle or you are able to transport the item BEFORE you buy it. Once you pay for the item, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! There are no exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No exceptions.

We do not have restrooms for your personal use. Plan accordingly.

Obey all posted signs. Do not enter means "DO NOT ENTER" Not for Sale means ITS NOT FOR SALE AND ITS NOT FREE.

Have respect and remember you are in someone's home. Watch what you say. The person shopping beside you may be a friend, family or the owner.

Certain items will be sold on a bidding system. These items will have the starting bid and the current bid posted on the bidding sheet. Bidding sheets will be available near the checkout.
We research and price all items.

Our company is currently not requiring that you wear masks. No one on our team has COVID nor to their knowledge has been exposed within the last two weeks.
