 About the homeowner as an artist:  favored mediums in sculpture are marble and steel.  Her father's family goes back several generations in Carrara, Italy and are a family of architectural marble facades carvers.  Many summers beginning in the 1980's she studied and trained in Pietrasanta, Italy in marble abstract sculptures.  Her exhibitions have been throughout Italy beginning in Pisa, France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United States. She has authored several books published by Random House.  Her art interest ranges from marble sculptures mostly abstract in design and worked with Carrara marble and studied techniques in the Pietrasanta area of Italy. Most of her work was commissioned for both private and commercial buyers as well as movie studios such as Disney.
