No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Large traditional Spyglass Hill home Newport Beach full....furniture, china, glassware, figurines, Leroy Neiman signed art, garage and garden full as well. Details and pictures once we begin organizing.
One of the highlights is a vintage (c 1979) Leroy Neiman Serigraph, 201/300 American Bald Eagle. This is a highly sought after serigraph, has been beautifully framed, and kept out of direct sunlight so no fading. We have posted pictures of this item for your perusal. We also have a Mather and Company inspirational poster and are also selling modern art, paintings, interesting prints and engravings...
We also have Boehm collectibles, crystal, Lenox, figurines, Franklin Mint, collector plates, tons of hard back and current popular best seller books, Asian, rugs, lamps, lighting. Table of fun Christmas gifts, a packed kitchen, and a garage full of things one usually pays retail for at the hardware store.
In the garden, some potted plants, vintage Brown and Jordan furniture, and accessories.
This is a very 80's house so, furniture and objects are of the era...There is a great deal of regular, useful, everyday stuff...ie kitchen, dishes, glassware, furniture, garage and garden....these items will be extremely well priced so make sure to put us on your calendar...there will be many bargains you won't want to pass up!
We will open Saturday at 9 am!
As with all of our one day only sales..we will sell until 1130, break for 30 minutes, reopen at 12 noon when most items will be half price...So, it would be best to come early for the best choice and late for the very best prices...
Our list for entry to the sale will be put out at 8 am by me or one of my staff members...no prior list will be honored. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
We have a lot more for sale than is shown in the pictures...we usually do not take pictures of packed kitchens or garages or rooms with tons of stuff to dig through...We take pictures of the highlights to give you an idea of what we are selling.
