     Please join us for the estate sale on this 17-acre downsizing/moving sale of this charming country home, guest cottage, shop and out buildings. We will be selling too many items to mention! In the main house, antiques, furniture, books, games, flatscreen TV’s, white iron daybed. In the large gourmet kitchen, you will find a large selection of Lenox Christmas dishes, serving pieces, soup tureens, earthenware, platers, flatware, China, waterless cookware, Christmas decor, home decor, and a large collection of roosters. Lenox swan figurines, vintage mirror, upholstery fabric, some Coldwater Creek and Chico clothing, fashion purses, armoires, dresser, Cal King bed and end tables, and a few pieces of 40’s jewelry. The shop has a huge antique carpenter’s cabinet, antique tools, table saw, metal shelving, wooden workbench. For the yard you will find a composter, Craftsman Chipper shredder, bricks, birdbath and statuary. We do need to get this house completely emptied. Some of these treasures, we will have listed in online auctions prior to the sale. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale. This really is an estate sale for someone who is looking for collectibles and vintage farmhouse furnishings and antique tools that are hard to find.
