Disclaimer: This is a cash and VENMO sale only.  Due to the nature of estate sales, we will not issue refunds; all sales are FINAL. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing. You will need to BRING HELP to load large items. When attending our estate sale, you agree to ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or because of your attending any of our sales. We do not quote prices over the phone or via email. By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras. We do not allow large handbags inside the home, and all food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.

* 1st come 1st serve. The city of Highland allows the start of the estate sale to begin at 8a.m. So we will start promptly. We will limit how many people are inside and then as one comes out, one comes in. Please be nice to each other. 

* BRING YOUR OWN HELP to move and load any heavy or large items purchased

* PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY.

* WE ACCEPT CASH & Venmo only

* NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES, OR BACKPACKS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES

* PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORS, HOME & STAFF

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) Please BRING YOUR OWN HELP to load any heavy or large items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items. If you plan on buying a large or heavy item, please bring adequate help, we cannot help load challenging items. Purchased items must be removed from the property before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.

2) We have “SOLD” tags if you wish to purchase large items. Please write your name and phone number on the sold label. Then, remove the bottom portion of the perforated tag. We do not allow using any sold stickers other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. Once the sold sticker is placed, you must buy that item. Please do not hoard items to weed through later.

3) Be sure to examine all items carefully before paying for them. You are welcome to test the working condition of electronic items on site. All items are sold "AS IS". We make NO guarantees regarding the operational or cosmetic condition of items sold and do not offer refunds.

4) You may MAKE AN OFFER on items priced over $20. We will call you the evening before the last day of the sale to inform you if you have the highest offer. You must pay for the item before we open on the last day of the sale and pick up or arrange a time to pick up your item(s) at that time.

5) The proper authorities will be contacted if anyone is caught stealing.

6) Doors will open at the published time. When the sale starts, shoppers will enter according to first come first serve

7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place it back where you found it.

8) Please be careful while shopping. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for its cost.

9) Please respect the property. Do not bring food, drinks, or pets into the home.

10) We do not do "pre-sales" or provide pricing information before the start of a sale (unless advertised otherwise).

11) Please be aware. We are NOT responsible for accidents.

12) Public restrooms will not be available at the sale.

13) Please do not block the neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes.
