bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for loading your items for you. Please bring your own boxes and wrap. You must wear a mask and maintain social distancing at all times. Noone will be allowed in the sale without a mask. We ask that no children attend the sale (covid and breakable items) only 10 people will be allowed in the home at once. No outdoor items in front yard for sale. All items sold as is. Backyard is off limits.
No earlybirds. Sale will start at 8am each day.
Not responsible for accidents. Buyer to pay for any items they break during the sale.
There will be no bathrooms available.

****note*** there is NO parking allowed up the driveway. You will need to park down below on the street and walk up. The driveway is reserved for elderly/handicap drop off and loading of furniture ONLY

If buying heavy furniture, please bring extra help for loading and unloading.

This sale will follow all covid guidelines. There will be hand sanitizing stations, masks are mandatory, and social distancing. No more than 10 people enter at a time.
