We except cash, debit/credit cards only no checks accepted. Please do not block driveways and be respectful to neighbors, property owners and TLC's staff. Enjoy your shopping experience.

Ladies, please No handbags, wallets are okay. Please bring your own bags/boxes/paper wrap for your purchases. Cash and credit cards accepted no checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO EXCHANGES. BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service available for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times.
