You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Mid Century furniture include a wonderful credenza with mosaic handles, side tables, coffee tables, Danish side chair, Norwegian side chair, and a very whimsical chrome wire chandelier. Other lighting including nautical ship's light lamp, a very fun vintage porcelain pelican lamp, Some vintage toys, large table full of English transfer ware ceramics, silver plate, some antiques, including a spectacular claw foot mahogany Empire high boy, gorgeous 19th C inlaid grandfather clock, slant desk, drop leaf tables, carved Chinese trunk, mahogany sewing chest, hutch, ship's side table, rattan, and more...
Ship models mounted on teak and full ship models encased in plexiglass...This is old Lido Isle so expect to see everything related to the bay and the sea...

Our sale on Lido will be ONE DAY ONLY...SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20.
AS such here is what we have planned for you...
I or a member of my staff will arrive to put out the sign up sheet at 8 am for entry at 9 am.
We will open at 9 am and sell until 11:30. We will close for 30 minutes and the resume selling at 12 noon at deeply discounted prices. All items will be full price during our first session from 9-11:30.
In order to fully benefit from this terrific sale we recommend attending when we open for the best selection and again at noon for bargains.
