The Sale is in a private gated community of Heritage so you will have to go through the security gate and please mention Estate Sale on Augusta Ct. to the security staff and they will allow you in .Please park on Augusta Court on the side of the house and please do not block the drive way to the house or drive though the gate .The sale starts at 10:00 AM and will go on til 3:00 PM ,Please be courteous and careful while shopping and if you are interested in purchasing an item , please bring the item or take ask an attendant to help you carry it to the front desk to be paid for .

We accept Cash,Venmo, and ( credit card purchases if it’s less than $50.00 ) anything above $50.00 will have to be paid in Cash or Venmo .
