Lovely, clean estate in San Diego Country Estates in Ramona. Large home has lots of VINTAGE TOOLS. And all in immaculate condition. 

There's a house full of oak, leather and walnut furniture in the living room, dining room, bedroom, office and some patio. Books, audio components, fitness equipment, record player, records, housewares, artwork, splendid area rugs, various decor, needlepoint/crochet/quilt supplies. There's a barely used Bernina Activa 210 sewing machine sitting in a $1000 custom table!!! Riccar vacuum cleaner and like I said earlier....a garage FULL of awesome quality tools...
