All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. If a piece of jewelry has an appraisal, a copy will be shipped with the item. Please read the descriptions carefully. We will not be responsible for misread descriptions. If we state it is "Solid", that means it is not plated. If you see an item with 14KP, that means it is 14 karat "Plumb" or exact to that karat, it does not mean plated. If you are not sure of any item, do your research prior to purchase. As for comic books, we will do our best to make clear pictures to the best of our abilities. Currently they are not bagged and boarded. Most are placed in an acid free page protectors and will be supported with cardboard outside of the protector for shipping.
